I have stayed here twice during business trips to Okinawa, and the only "problem" was that my coworker (who traveled with me) couldn't smoke in his room!
The hallways, rooms, lobby, etc are clean and in excellent repair. The staff speak some English, and they are quite responsive and helpful. The morning breakfast buffet is highly recommended- it features western and Japanese foods, along with Okinawan Soba, fruit and fruit juice, and all the coffee you need to get started in the morning.

Overall, I find it fantastic, and will definitely be staying there next time I'm in Okinawa.

Room Tip: Get the breakfast!

We stayed at the Comfort Hotel for four nights. We chose it for its central location and it was a perfect base for our short break in Naha. The hotel is a short walk from the Yui Rail Kenchomae station and the western end of Kokusai Dori.
The breakfast buffet included in the room rate (served from 6:30-9:30) was basic but tasty and should cater for most tastes. There was a range of food: Japanese onigiri (rice balls), soup, Western style sausages and scrambled eggs, cereal, waffles with syrup, fruit juices, tea and coffee. Also between 14:00-00:00 there are free drinks provided in the lobby, very welcome when you come in from the heat. There are also vending machines on the 3rd and 7th floors.
We rented a car and the parking at the hotel was 500 yen per night, a reasonable price.
The double room was clean and comfortable, basic toiletries were provided as in most Japanese business hotels. The rooms are not huge, but this is not a hotel for staying in your room! The bathroom was well equipped with a Japanese style bath (short but deep) with a shower head above and toilet with washlet. The free WiFi worked perfectly.
The staff at the front desk were very helpful and polite. As we can speak basic Japanese we didn't test their English ability.

I went there on June 2013 and had an excellent stay in Comfort Hotel Naha.
The staff were very helpful because I ordered a Data SIM online and requested the company to send it to the hotel prior my arrival but it didn't! So I told the situation to the hotel staff and they helped me immediately to call the shipping company and my package arrived a few hours later.

The hotel is very clean and provides free breakfast and free beverages. Parking was 500 Yen per night which is must more affordable than other hotels in the area that will charge you 800 - 1000 Yen.

The hotel is very well located, just 5 minutes walk to Kokusai street and Kenchomae Monorail station.

The room has pillows with a not-so-common format which is very comfortable and it's for sale too.

Room Tip: You can get free beverages at the lobby, the hotel provides water, tea, orange juice and coffee (exp...

Stayed there for two nights with a few friends... the semi double room was quite small especially if you have more than one piece of luggage per person...
Otherwise, the rooms were very clean, and they offer free drinks (tea, coffee, juice) in the cafeteria area during the day.
This hotel's location is unbeatable! Short walk to everything, FamilyMart right downstairs...
There's free breakfast in the morning, nothing spectacular.

One funny thing is, if you ask for more pillows, you'll have to collect them at the reception in person... don't expect them to deliver!

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights and I had an extraordinary experience. Of course, the room was small but just the right size to sleep since we were most of the time out for excursions. Breakfast was amazingly good and the staff was very helpful. All for such a low rate that is almost hard to believe.

It is easy to access, about 3-5 mins walk from monorail, Kencho-mae station (県庁前駅) & 5 mins walk to Kokusai-dori (國際通).

We booked one non-smoking double room & one non-smoking triple room. They are clean & tidy. Double bed room is small, only fit for two people with one luggage, or else, we are unable to walk through from the bed to the door, but we understand that it is familiar in Japan. Triple room is standard size with other countries, it is good for us to put three luggage in the room.

There is a small cafeteria provides continental breakfast. It serves with eggs, noodles, bread rolls, sausages, onigiri (Japanese rice balls), salad, corn flakes, milk, juice, tea & coffee. From 1500-2400, free coffee, tea & juice are served at the cafeteria.

Hotel work with car parking company to provide car parking with additional cost JPY550 per night per car. The car parking opens from 0700-2400 & it is located behind the hotel. the parking welcome for cars under 1.8m height.

A well located clean & comfortable hotel that is near to the monorail .
Bored ! You can spend hours browsing along the shopping malls and along their so call Tourist Street .....full of souvenirs and eatery along the whole street , you will soon reach Makishi Market where on the upper floor you can have the seafood shashimi style . Hop onto the monorail to Omoromachi Station you will arrive to the Famous DFS Galleria where it's the delight of the women .....they can shop till you drop here . There is also the Champange Bar and great food inside this huge establishment .
Do get a bigger room if you want comfortable double bed for single stay .

Room Tip: Ask for room facing away from the sun .
