“Outstanding Value”

Very clean and comfortable budget hotel at a great price. Good location as well. Naha bus station is directly across the street, monorail station is very close - about a 5 minute walk, and international street is about a 10 minute walk or so. Usually I have at least one complaint about a hotel, but not this time. The most negative thing I could say is the checkout time is early, 10am. Small room by western standards, but not for Japan. Considering the location, I'd say it might be the best value of any hotel I've ever stayed in.

Room Tip: Make sure you have clear directions since the hotel is tucked away behind another building from the...

We went to the Tokyu Bizfort hotel in April 2012. The hotel is situated 200m South-East of Asahibashi monorail station: walk along Tsubokawa Dori, on the opposite side of the bus terminal and take the first road on the right and then the first left. The area around the hotel looks like it's full of new office buildings. The hotel itself still seems brand new (we once took a cab whose driver had to phone the hotel to check where it was) and the area around it still seemed under (re)development. The streets of the area were clean (apart from the dust from building works) and it felt very safe. One end of Kokusai Dori (full of restaurants and tacky souvenir shops) is minute away.

You have to take the lift to get to the hotel reception, which was a bit confusing. Reception staff were very efficient and (some) had a good knowledge of English.
We booked a standard double, non-smoking. Our room was on the 7th floor, offered restricted view of the area and was very quiet. The room seemed on the small side, but not more than what could be expected for a business hotel, and it could also have been down to the size of the bed, which was big for a Japanese hotel. The room was very clean and the decoration was modern and slick. There was a narrow desk, with a LAN cable (free internet connection). The bathroom was small but of good quality (sink, electric toilet, walk-in shower with several jets) and very clean. The room had good tea/coffee facility. The TV was a decent one, with free Japanese digital channels. The lifts were quick and efficient. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so cannot comment.

Overall, this is a very good business hotel. Although it's a bit away from the action of Naha's town centre, it's general location is convenient, in-between the airport, less than 10 minutes by taxi off-peak, the port, also less than 10 minutes by taxi at peak-time, and right on the bus terminal. Comparing with other hotels we used in Japan (low season), the last minute price was on the cheap side for this standard (standard double room) and there are even better deals in advance booking.

The room is small but clean and offers a 6-head body shower. Do not expect much help from the staff for your visit due to the language barrier and lack of resources.breakfast is very basic even though the staffs are very courteous. There is a Lawson downstairs and the Naha bus terminal and monorail station are across the street.

Clean, new and convenient. Large and comfortable bed. No bath tub but excellent massage shower with refreshing shampoos and bath gels. Friendly and helpful staff. Thoughtful breakfast only at JPY800. If you are not looking for a comfortable night's sleep, this is the place to be.

Now there are so many hotels in Naha city of Okinawa.
Many of them are recently built. This hotel is not the newest ones but also still very new.
The nearest monorail station is Asahibashi (5minutes walk), but also from Okinawa Prefectural office staion just 8 minutes. So really very well located.

This was my first stay there and my room was on the 14th floor and double bed room.
There was a very good working desk and the bed was very comfortable.
The room had no bathtub but had very good shower !
The WC is the latest model and clean.
WIFI and LAN cable connection is complimentary.
They are the positive side.
The negative side is as follows
1)Refrigerator is very small.,
2)No closet (Instead there are hanger on the wall)
3)TV is very new model but small.

I want to add that there is a lounge, which everybody can use, next to Lobby.
We can have cold drink and hot drink from morning to midnight.
I is also very nice !

This hotel is a bit hard to find at first as its front door is actually behind a huge office building. The lobby is actually located on the 4th floor, where the lounge/dining room is as well. The view on the higher floors are great, some have balcony and lawn chairs to relax with a beer. Depending on your taste they offer smoking/nonsmoking rooms. Although not so big. The hotel staff are very helpful. There is parking for 1000 yen right next door. They offer free laundry and free internet station in the lobby. There is no WIFI in the rooms, but they do have it in the lobby. The showers are so nice, they are spa type and very very relaxing. The lounge in the lobby offers a variety of drinks, coffee, juice all day, till 22:00 i think. It turns into a very compact breakfast buffet in the morning.

Room Tip: request for smoke free rooms and higher floors with seaside view

with the price of 8000yen for 1 double room (for 2 person), i think its great!
becoz everything is new, its new for around 2 year only
room size is small, but its a standard Japan size for business hotel,
Pro:
1 everything is tidy and clean, cant complaint at all
2. double bed is a real double, not semi-double.
3 the shower is new and strong, i dont want to leave the shower room when its has both rain-bath, shower, and massage functions. (no bath tube)
4. they provide free face cleaning powder, toner, cream, and even a foot sticker which good to stick when u sleep to relax after a long walk on the day ( pls see the photo by others)
5. carpark just next, and remember to bring the ticket to the hotel reception, they offer 1000 yen/night parking.
6. quite close to the train station, about 5-10 mins walk
Cons:
1. the air-conditioning is a bit noisy, we request to change room and its better..else nothing wrong, its cool enough
2. breakfast is too simple, just bread, salad and then juicy, coffee and tea, nothing else.
3. our room dont have any view, its blocked by the neighbor building. but since we always keep the curtain down..its doesnt matter for us.

Room Tip: its a business hotel, not a resort type. good for you if just want to have a clean and tidy place to...
