“Good hotel with the best location.”
Reviewed 8 July 2013

We stayed here for 3 nights with a group of people on a Company leisure trip. The hotel is conveniently located along the shopping street without any problem looking for convenient store. A 24 hour mart is just across the street with very reasonable price. The hotel staffs are very friendly and the room are spotlessly clean! Thought small, the room is very relaxing and complete with all the bathroom necessity. Wifi is available on all public areas except inside the rooms. The buffet breakfast is not that succulent but it didn't cause me any frustration. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who love to shop and travel around the city and neighboring places of interest.

Room Tip: Choose the backside if you don't want the sun wakes you up. I was stay on the top floor (9th) an...

Its a nice, centrally located Hotel down 58th street very famous amoung the tourist and value for money, they offer a fantastic ,very heavy breakfast with so many variety of food. The rooms are good and the toiletries are good quality. I would recomend this hotel, If I have a chance to visit Okinawa again, I will definitely stay there. The staff is very kind.

Room Tip: Rooms very good

Stayed here as part of a tour. Some staff speak a little English, others do not, but all were very helpful (I speak a little Japanese). Rooms were plain, with not a lot of room to spread out. Beds and chairs were low by American standards, but comfortable. Hot water pot and small refrigerator in the room. Bathroom had a shower/tub combo and Japanese toilet with bidet. TV had one English channel - the local military channel that aired a variety of American programs including the news. Some rooms have shutters/pass through from the bedroom area to the bathroom; some folks on the tour were a little unnerved and wanted a bit more bathroom privacy.

Breakfast buffet was very tasty with cereal, yogurt, dried and fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, as well as miso soup, okayu, natto, champuru, baked tofu and various vegetable dishes. Because this hotel is popular with tour groups, it is wise to go early to avoid a wait.

Some rooms have internet service, but you must request it. Otherwise, there are 2 computers off the lobby area that are available. The keyboard is English/Japanese, and the operating system is Japanese, but you can type an English webaddress and it will go there (though accessing US sites is slow).

There is frequently a local products vendor in the lobby in the mornings, and the gift shop has the usual necessities and souvenirs. Next door to the hotel is a small bakery (affiliated with the hotel), if you would like some pastries. There's also a small coffee/pastry cafe in the lobby. I didn't eat at the other restaurants onsite, but a friend did and said it was delicious, though a little pricey. There's a coin laundry in a small alley behind the hotel, if you want to wash your own clothes.

The hotel is at one end of Kokusai Street which is the main tourist drag. There are a variety of shops and restaurants up and down the street. The monorail station is one block from the hotel, bus stops up and down the block, or there are ample taxis cruising the street. There's a drug store (kusuri) a few blocks from the hotel and a medium-sized grocery store at the upper end of the street (go left coming out of the hotel, and walk to the end of the street, cross the street and look for the green-lettered sign.).

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was comfortable, though not plush. I would have no concerns about staying here again.
