Business hotel as normal and important is Location. it is just 3 min. walk outside to JR and Bus station at Morioka station.
Don't mix up Metropolitan New Wing and Metropolitan main , it is two different hotel.
Nothing to complain, it is just business hotel as usual. The hotel is old fashion but room is bigger than other.
The hotel is close to the station, clean, efficient, very friendly staff. They even managed to provide additional services (chop sticks for my food in the room and an iron board to iron a shirt). Classy yet still up-to-date. Nice breakfast buffet, with a mix of Japanese and Western. Internet is a bit slow. But a very good experience all the way through.
Having just come from JR Hotel Marunouchi at Tokyo Station, the next place was always going to be second placed.
But in terms of quality and service it was only a notch behind. Good sized room, usual good service, and good range of choice at breakfast.
One morning there was a queue to get into the breakfast room, but the staff handled some impatient guests excellently.
All decoration is so gorgeous!
The superior room has comfortable space both bedroom and bathroom. The facilities given are great! such as accessories, universal adapter for iphone ipad android.
The breakfast buffet is delicious,and luxerious however the room is quite small for guest.
This hotel is one of the most usable hotels in Morioka.
Located about 100 or 150 meters from the Shinkansen Morioka Station.
So, in the urban area of Morioka City, this might be the first choice for your business or sightseeing.
As a matter of fact, I sometimes stay at an international luxury hotel to improve my business performance.
