The hotel is an easy 5 minute walk from the west exit of Sendai Station, not bad at all if you're hauling luggage to/from the train. It's also 2 blocks right down the street from the popular morning street-markets, and 5 or 6 blocks away from the covered shopping streets.
It's your standard business hotel with small rooms and a small modular bathroom. But the halls and rooms are clean and the beds are soft, so I was satisfied. The reception staff spoke limited English, but they were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet (Japanese breakfast, with a couple of western items) isn't half bad, either.
Overall, my stay was pleasant. If you're looking for a no-frills business hotel within walking distance of the train station, this is definitely a good option.More
