Make me feel comfortable like I am at home! Near the Sendai station and have a good location. The equipment in the room are very sweet like multi function charger! The lounge offer high quality drinks and the great and fresh breakfast!

The hotel is a short walk from Sendai Station. Room is functional and modern, although a bit small. Free wifi. Front desk employees have limited command of English, they have a 'script' sheet to answer normal questions, so try not to stray away too much from expected questions. I booked the hotel for my family, with my 8 year old son. The hotel provided a gift for a baby and a training potty in the room. They must have expected an 8 month old toddler, but it was a nice gesture. Asked for a non smoking room, but was given a room with an ashtray, so had to ask for room change. The hotel has a coin laundry room. Washing machine is fully automated, so you don't need to put in detergent, which is very handy. Breakfast buffet is good. Free flow of hot and cold drinks from the dispenser in the restaurant until late night. Generally a business hotel, but quite a number of families with children staying here too. Despite the communication issue, this is still a good hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the JR station. The staff is a bit amateurish but well-meaning, although English skills are limited. The rooms are modern but cramped, and the beds comfortable. The prices are very reasonable.

This hotel is superb in every way. The check-in was efficient and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a "Precious Double" room which was very large by Japanese standards. The hotel is a short, easy stroll from the station on the elevated walkways. The location is excellent. The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was extensive and varied and was by far the best encountered during several visits to Japan. Overall, highly recommended.

Room Tip: Delightful. Could not imagine any issues.

The Richmond Premier Sendai Ekimae is conveniently located a short walk away from Sendai station. The hotel itself is a clean, modern looking hotel with practical sized rooms(that is, not overly big but does the job). If you have stayed at other Richmond hotels, it looks very similar. Free bottles of water are supplied each day which is a nice touch. Vending machines and reasonably priced coin operated laundry are also available.

Buffet breakfast was nice and has a nice view looking over Sendai streets from the main dining area.

The staff had limited English, but we had no issues checking in and they guided us through the automated payment system no problems. At all times the service was excellent where required.

I liked this hotel, for the price it was good value. Great bed and pillows. This is a business hotel for Japanese so there is little English but the desk staff were willing to help and knew enough to get by. The lady at the information counter at Sendai showed me where to go and marked the hotel on a map for me. Juat a short walk, with the hotel loby on the 5th floor.
Breakfast was Ok, coffee, pastries and cereal.

This a fuss-free hotel. We enjoy sitting around in the lounge with Wifi connection and free flow of drinks from soft-drink to coffee. The room is very good and clean, location is very central, only about 5-minute walk from Sendai main train station. Breakfast is considerably good.
