I love places that enhance and blend in with the east end scenery... was very happy to find this place which is on a wide canal, and dressed up with blue umbrellas outside and a cool tiki bar.. not in use for lunch when we went.

Inside a bar and restaurant, laid back, casual, clean, and nice.

Food was all made fresh and soup was definately homemade. It was nice to be there and a nice choice if you want to take in the relaxing east end at a nice pace.

A restaurant for simple fare. Prices are unreasonable for what you get. A great place to meet for a drink or two after a day on the water. Not a place to go for a special night out or even a date night.

We stopped at the tiki bar for something to eat last week and were quite disappointed.
Menu is ok - nothing new on either the bar menu or main menu, but it's fine.

It was 10 minutes before we had to ask a bus boy for a menu. .. and then 30 minutes before we got a waitress to take our order. We kept having to go to the bar manager to ask for service.. he was helpful.. but still couldn't get a waitress to acknowledge us.

On the plus side.. he sent us a second round of drinks while we waited

On the plus side.. most of the food was fine.. but my asian shrimp with sesame was overcooked and dried out.

this is a landmark venue.. they really need to step up their game. Especially during the summer season

My husband and I were driving around in his new car this evening, looking for a nice place to have dinner. We remembered this place from year's ago and decided to try to find it. We were NOT disappointed!!!

Our meal was absolutely wonderful!!! He had a fish dish and I had chicken saltimbacca.......wait staff was very attentive.

Our only criticism of the place was the restaurant over-looking the marina. While the view was great, the aluminum windows and screens just screamed for someone to come in and create a "nautical" feeling.
