This place is quite quiet and peaceful. The food and service are very good. Had a great stay, though I was there for only one night. Wonderful view of Mt Kilimanjaro, especially in the morning. The staff are quite friendly. Must be back soon for a longer stay....

I stayed here for one night for a safari break between climbs of Mt. Kenya and Kilimanjaro. The contrast between the mountain tents I had been staying in and these "tents" was startling, with a big comfortable bed, beautiful bath area with shower, view from patio to a distant Kilimanjaro etc. There was a wide variety of good quality food available at each meal. The cook to order stations (pasta, pizza, chapati, breakfast eggs etc) were a nice touch. The grounds were very attractive and I enjoyed swimming in the pool. Since this was part of a Summit Climb package, I don't know (and probably don't want to know!) what I was paying for this, but I certainly enjoyed this brief up-scale experience.

Absolutely loved this amazing place to stay for 'camping'. Not your average camping trip by any means, plush gorgeous tents with proper bed and en-suite. Just beautiful with so quite and peaceful at night. Staff and food was amazing. Would definitely go back.

Thanks to our tour operator, Transtrek Safaris for finding this little gem - loved it :)

I really liked this lodge. Tents were big with views of Kilimanjaro. Pool was nice but cold with very few tourists as time is tight due to safaris etc. There was only one issue I had and that was the cocktail bar. The bar man Nicholas would not leave our group alone to enjoy our drinks and kept interrupting our conversation. In what was an obvious scam, he would not permit us to sign for our drinks and insisted we paid cash which we found very odd indeed, especially when we discovered we had all been charged different prices for the same drinks! Apart from this, the ladies at Reception, the waiters and the bellboys were great. Just stay away from the bar until it is sorted!.

We had a great night at Sentrim Amboseli. Dinner and breakfast very tasty with excellent service.
From swimming pool you have perfect view on Kilimanjaro .
Camps are very high standard , really clean , bathroom have jet wash shower .
As it is eko-friendly you will have electricity from 18.30-22.30Pm but this isn’t issue as who is going to stay in the room?
At night you will have pleasure listen to sound of nature.. We wish we could be there right now..
Thank you Paulina & Lukasz

We stayed here for two nights while visiting wonderful Amboseli National Park. The Sentrim facility is clean, has good food, and numerous tents spread over a large grassy area. These are permanent tents, with solid floor, bath and pleasant furnishings. We found our tent to be quite hot in the afternoon, and the locking method (mini-padlock on the bottom of the tent opening) to be awkward and of limited value. We also mistrust the cleanliness of a quilt/bedspread, which was on the bed. Otherwise, the room was good, if unexceptional, and we had no issues. The highlight was the view of Kilimanjaro from the camp in early morning.

I spent my first night on safari here and was simply amazed!

It seems hard to believe that they call this a camp! Tents were extremely spacious and more like rooms with beds, furniture, electricity, separate bathroom and shower, outside seating area and even lockable!

The restaurant was relaxed with a good choice of nice food. There was a pool and bar too.

We were truly in the middle of nature with birds everywhere at our doorstep. The park itself was a few minutes drive away. Elephants and lots of other wildlife in abundance with the backdrop of Kilimanjaro. Stunning!

Thank you so much to Transtrek Safaris for organising such a fantastic trip. This was the perfect start to our adventure.
