Ol Donyo was our first stop on our safari in Kenya. From the moment we landed on the "air strip" we knew we were someplace unique. We travelled with another couple and were booked in the Samba Room where we enjoyed a common outdoor living area complete with a private fireplace. The lodge is beautiful, well appointed and the area is wonderful. Amy and Sean, the managers, were so easy going and accommodating. The staff at the lodge was attentive and friendly. Konee and Moses were our guides and they were excellent. In fact, Konee is in the October, 2017 issue of Travel and Leisure!

horseback riding to a sundowner (as an experienced rider, I was able to ride with Nadine and Paul) what an absolute treat!
