Booked this hotel from Agoda's and checked in on June 1st 2013 around 6.30pm. not full. The entrance hotel view is nice and the room is big. We went for our dinner and come back later aro 10.30pm. Surprise ....there is no coffee/tea or mineral water in the room and the hair dryer are spoilt. Call the house keeper but no reply. Call the front desk and she say she need at least half hour to send cos nobody working. She alone..?.....? waited for one hr plus and not send. Worst .....Already pass midnight. Tired and we went to sleep. A girl (receptionist maybe) call and ask us to email or read to her the Agoda's booking no. .??? Wooooo ???. Really disturbing. Well for breakfast . .. it is buffet.? One and only waitress reply yes but give us 2slice bread egg sausage and rice in a plate. Asked him again ...he say only coffee is Buffet and show us his sore face telling us only he is working . What's wrong with this hotel management only one worker for each dept. ... Economy problem. ? Business even worst if continue poor service and staffs bad attitude. Need proper training. If given Free stay .. . 100% no thank you....Very disappointed.
