Stayed for 2nights in this hotel for a business in Johor Bahru. Overall is good. For the rate that I'm paying, I think it worth it. The rooms comes with daily breakfast and is great!. Overall service is also good. The room was clean. I'll stay here again.

I stayed for 2 nights with my husband and 5yo son. We went to Legoland so we chose this hotel because of its convenient location in city centre. We had a car but shuttle bus is available to/from Legoland. The room is basic, not too small but ok. There's dinosaur waterpark on 7th fl that my son loved, entry is free for hotel residence that otherwise will cost RM50. The breakfast selection is better than expected. The only complain is that the cups were not washed during housekeeping rounds! But we think we will stay in this hotel again in our next trip.

Last month, had a one nite stay with spouse to check out hotel. Quite an experience like what we
faced in the Venetian, Macau. Very crowded with loads of guests being a local holiday on top
of Singapore's scholl vacation. There were 6 lifts which were insufficient to tackle the crowd.
Room was generally acceptable as bigger than most newer hotels. All normal amenities like
toileteries, kettle for making tea/coffee but poor quality room slippers were provided. The room safe was wrongly positioned at very low knee level and not eye level as in most hotels. Cannot
understand this as the closet has space to fit it in.
Bed was not too hard with 2 types of pillows. Aircon was pretty cold but as our room was facing
west, it cooled the room.
Due to large groups, we could not eat in the coffeeshop which serves buffet charging quite low
price. Unfortunately, we cannot comment on it's quality. We can however say that this and
the adjacent lobby need stronger exhaust to take out the unpleasant food odour caused by
food/drinks spillage on its' carpets. Cannot understand why carpet instead of tile/marble slabs
was used.
This hotel come with 2 huge pools. We could only watch as both were filled to the brim like
sardines in a can.
Check-in and check-out was quite fast despite the crowd. Hotel valet could not handle the
influx so our car was parked in the public parking space. Not doubt complimentary parking
fees was given but it had to be on the 5th floor.
Would not recommend stay during holidays and school breaks.

I had reservations for 3 non-smoking rooms to be on the same floor. We reached JB around 10.30am and were told by the Guest Relations Officer rooms were not ready as check-in time is at 2pm. So for the next couple of hours we went shopping at JPO. Reached the hotel back at 4.45 to check in. It was true when I read reviews here saying checking in was SLOW. It was SLOW as the GRO had to register all 3 rooms by keying in our names individually. BUT it wasn't that long as I expected. Just 23mins and I got the key cards to all 3 rooms. We got 2029, 2030 and 2044 being just opposite of 2030. Rooms were big, spacious despite only being booked for Superior. Bathrooms were clean, linen and sheets alright. Only gripe, the television didn't have cable tv and all we got were local and SG channels. **Word of caution** Room 2030 faced the morning sun and we checked in at 5+, the room felt like a sauna!!! So we had to leave the air-con at the lowest temperature for at least 2hrs. We didn't booked with breakfast as I read on reviews earlier that BREAKFAST time in KSL was chaotic. So all of our 3D2N stay we had breakfast elsewhere. Room service menu was limited and there wasn't anything listed as BREAKFAST. The thing which lacked was SECURITY. On our 2nd day of stay, my mom had switched on the PLEASE MAKE UP OUR ROOM button. But when we returned in the evening, ALL 3 ROOMS WERE MADE UP, SHEETS AND TOWELS CHANGED. Luckily, we didn't keep any valuables in our rooms. There were 4 lifts at KSL Tower 2 and it was super slow besides the fact that you had to tap your room key on the lift scanner. But hey, sometimes without tapping it still went up. And DO NOT STORE your key card next/near to your handphone in a bag. Coz the last thing you need when accessing your room in hurry; THE KEY CARD DOESN'T WORK AND YOU GOT TO GO ALL THE WAY TO THE LOBBY FROM 20TH FLOOR!!! LOL Overall, I'll only give 3* coz the lifts ARE AND ALWAYS WILL BE A MAJOR PROBLEM UNLESS THEY DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

It is a place to relax with good swimming pool. Shopping centre is just a linkway from resort. The stuffs are friendly and helpful. The only problem is the lift, which we waited very long in order to get in because of many people using and only one lift working instead of 4.

If KSL is really serious about hotel industry, the management seriously need to improve the basic hygiene of the apartment. One of the bathroom is not equipped with shower heater. Ghe second bathroom water was stuck and the third bathroom has croacoach.
The housekeeping was unprofessional and not customer oriented. We need to call more than twice to follow up on our request.

Tower, toiletries, coffee maker, cooking pot, plates, bowls and cutlery are provided. The apartment are spacious and only equipped with air conditioning.

Nice public swimming pool at level 7.

Have been waiting for 15 mins, and still counting. . Sigh . Not enough people at puasa time? But its 1500h. overall, Apartment has good value. . But the svc is actually minimum. . signage is virtually non exist
