it is still very new. Opened only for a few months.we checked in: 12 Nov Check out: 13Nov (Deepavali) During the trip on a cab to the hotel, we were feeling scared as the hotel is very isolated. There are constructions going on around it. and the area was pitch black. I think that is really a horrible location. When I reached the hotel, it was about 2am, there was no staff at the reception area. The security guard had to go to dont know where to look for the staff. We waited for about 10 min before the staff returned claiming that he had went to the washroom. The lobby is not very big. Upon checked in, we were allocated Room #1109. the infinity pool and the breakfast area is on #9. Upon exiting from the lift on #11. We saw that the corridors are badly maintained. The room it self is big and rather clean. however, again bad housekeeping. We found leftovers in the sink! The sofa is also cut. Other then that, the room is ok. I cant imagine what it is going to be like in years to come, The breakfast is until 10am. We reached at about 915am and there was limited food. The staff was not replenishing them anymore. Can u imagine 45min before the end of the breakfast, there was no juices????
