Smoke, water spray, physical movement of seats and lighting are still within the scope of 4D. 5D should include interactions between audience and movie as well.
It is unique experience for those who had never tried it before. However, I found it kinda awkward for usual patronage since there is almost no plot in those movies. I had tried two action based movies last time, and it made me fainted since too much of shaking, lol. One action based and one viewing-based movies should be a better combination from my experiences of visiting there twice.
