I've stayed here with my family of four in the resort during 1st till 3rd day of Hari Raya. The first impression is good that it has a big golf course welcoming us before entering into the reception area. However, the club house seems so uninviting and it gave me an impression that things are not well maintained elsewhere. It proves me somewhat right. There is only two lifts available to be used for all customers till level 6 and it really needs a fix on it. It says that it carries a maximum of 750 kg of weight. Yet, there were only four of us in it which definitely do not accumulate to 300 kg and it said it is overload. Not just me, but it happen too to other customers as well. We entered our room and it smelled so badly as if it hasn't been used for ages. There were no towels in the bathroom and we called the reception to have it sent to us. It took them 2 hours with 7 calls for them to send it. We also had an extra bed ordered and expect it to be ready when we check in. And no it will not be send till 7 pm which I couldn't understand why. I think the housekeeping should have plenty of time to get it from other room who have checked out 5 hours before we check in even if they are out of beds. We had a long drive and of course it gets on our nerves for not having the bed for us to rest.
The breakfast buffet is okay with plenty of food being refilled continuously.

It was 7am and we could hear music being played at the hallway which is kind of loud because the resort is concrete and open based; no carpets to reduce the noise. Only the loud music is annoying. Wifi is good because they had their router installed everywhere.
After all, we understand it is Hari Raya and they might be short in staff but I don't think it should be the problem since they are well aware that the resort would be full during the holidays. Much improvements can be made and I believe it will be worth it for what the customers had paid.

We booked online for a 1 bedroom suite but upon check-in were told that rooms were fully booked. Frustrated at first but was overjoyed when were told that our booking has been upgraded. Wow, we were given connecting rooms at Anugraha Hotel, very large rooms and very clean, free wi-fi and nice view too, the golf course. But breakfast is just like any other hotel spread...will come back again but nice for short trip only.

Stayed here for one night in ther spacious family suite with 2 rooms over the hari raya holidays. Front desk helpful, guards looking over the cars at basement parking provide additional peace of mind, decent breakfast spread, cleanliness ok, tv and all electrical appliances worked as they should, good firm beds and sleep quality. Quite tired surroundings but they are not charging exorbitant prices for accommodation hence I would rate this place as competitive overall value. Went cycling with daughter - had loads of fun! So if you are looking for somewhere reasonable to stay in providing all the amenities of a fairly decent resort with spa, pool, golf, decently sized room and beautiful view - you will not be disappointed!

The hotel looks nice from pictures and outside. However, the room is dusty and furniture a are old. The toilet is broken, water pressure is very low. Wifi is very slow in the room. Housekeeping is slow and charges for everything.
Swimming pool looks dirty and there are mosquitos everywhere.
A very sad and run down place.

Our family of 4 stayed in a 2 bedroom suite at Cinta Ayu All Suites for 1 night. We booked through Bookings.com and paid AUD $165 including breakfast - which is expensive by Australian standards - so we were expecting a nice suite. The suite was a bit 'tired' but comfortable. It had a large kitchenette but the only crockery available were some water glasses, a couple of coffee cups and teaspoons. Maybe they just gave up replacing items? I was a bit off-put by the open bag of ice in the freezer - hygiene issues? Our bathroom sink was leaking so our floor was covered in dirty water. We couldn't be fussed changing rooms so only reported it on check-out. Wifi was available in certain parts of our suite. We appreciated the free bottled water.

We spent some time walking around the resort which does need some TLC. There are some abandoned buildings and they advertise having 6+ F&B outlets when only maybe 3 are in use. The pools looked inviting and we enjoyed a swim in the infinity pool. We had a Father's Day Eve buffet dinner at Gleneagles Terrace Restaurant which looked good but the food was only OK, nothing spectacular. The buffet breakfast was much better with some nice Malaysian choices like Nasi Lemak.

We unfortunately had an early start on the day of our departure otherwise we would have gone for a swim in the other resort pools - the one with the water slide looked particularly fun.
I suggest Management look into the elevator issue - the wait was ridiculous and the 2 lifts were so small! It would also not move if more than 6 people were in the lift. An upgrade is definitely required!

All in all, we had a good night at Pulai Springs Resort. I'd recommend this place for a short trip.
