the place is far from the hustle and bustle of the town but accessible to greeat stores nearby namely the AEON...2 mins and good relaxation joints for a family nearby...including spas, massage centers eateries etc. Facilities are sufficient for a large family and the car taker is courteous. good winf around and very peaceful. The poool is all for yourself and no one to splash water on to you...have a great stay...cheers
2 reviews Most helpful owner of the place and the lady who guided us in the place. Both attended to our needs and ensured that we enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, equipped and comfortable. There was a bit complain with the kids noise but that did not dampen our holiday stay. Suffice to say, we are pleased with our short stay, we would be recommending this to others and will look forward to another stay here in the future.

We travelled with young children and we had a comfortable stay. The house is fully equipped and nice views from the balcony. The management helped us a lot and guided us. I am thankful to the owner and his team for serving us and making each one of us very happy. I will definitely come back if visiting JB. The apartment is well secured and security is cooperative. We hired taxis and they are available on call as the area is well known and safe.
The children enjoyed the swimming pool.

This is our first time going to JB for family holiday & also our first time trying out home rental. Yes I would recommend this place to close family & friends because of its location & the high security standard. The owner also help us to arrange our transportation back & forth to SG & also going around JB. We had slight issue during checking in due to security measures. Cleanliness level is good but I would recommend to change out the shower curtain. Everything else is good & we enjoyed our stay! Thank you Victor & Pendy!

We had a wonderful time at the Appartement. Everything is very nice and clean. The rooms are spacious and we loved the washing machine and the kitchen. Our children used the pool several times. Calvin was very helpful and organized the Taxi for us, to go to Singapur. Thank you for everything!

My family & I stayed at the condo for 3 nights. We had a wonderful & lovely stay, and the whole family agreed!
The condo was clean & very well equipped. The washing machine & dryer work well. The internet was very fast too. The place was spacious and comfortably nice.
You do need cars to move about though, or you can actually get the host to assist you to arrange for a cab, it was easy.
Overall, it was a great stay & we would definitely stay here again when we come to JB.

My wife and I stayed in this apartment with our 20 year old daughter and 17 year old son for five days. It was a great space for our family with the children able to have a room of their own. It was all very clean and well decorated and all the basic facilities were provided and the free Wi-Fi was well used and much appreciated. The owner's agent, Calvin, made us feel very welcome and gave us some good advice about what we could do relatively close to the area. Getting to the places we wanted to see was quite easy (using the GPS in the recommended hire car) as the major roads to these places were all well made and not congested - at least at the times when we travelled. However, driving in JB city itself was a rather more daunting experience, but we made it OK!
Overall we had an enjoyable experience and would recommend this place to stay to see as much around Johor Bahru as your visit allows.
