This restaurant at the Berjaya resort is every bit as good as the other reviews say. Lovely pier, spicy Thai food and a charming band who take a request from each table. We had " Under the Boardwalk ".
The real secret here as an outside guest is to arrive an hour or so beforehand and have a stroll in the grounds. In daylight you will see hornbills and macaques just to the left as you leave reception. Walk towards the swimming pool at 6pm and at the bridge you will see a troop of Spectacled Lemurs ( aka Dusky leaf monkeys) . Walk along path 2 and check out the trunks of the tall trees and you will see the Flying lemurs ( colugos). Be there as it gets dark and you might be lucky to see them glide.
Good food and a nature walk ! We came by taxi from Pantai Cenang which was RM25 by Uber and RM35 by the return taxi at the Berjaya reception.
