I booked the rooms through Booking.com online. On 27 December 2013, Rooms were not ready when we checked in. Front Desk a total disappointment making us wait while they go about talking with their colleagues on some accounting matters. We decided to have lunch in the Cafe Sri Dayang while room cleaning in progress. Room 622 condition is very dllapidated , window lock is broken, key energiser fell off when we insert our room key. The shower controller and basin stopper controller are broken. There was no hot water flowing from the tap at all !!! Bathtub is dirty ,i felt so disgusted to take a bath !! Housekeeping did not do a proper job, they did dry cleaning during our stay.There is no consistency in housekeeping standards, first day we had 2 complimentary bottle water, but second day was just 2 miserable cup water.!!! Breakfast food has no quality . I am totally amazed how did this hotel survived with a Grand Continental standards. It was very very disappointing stay for us. !!! Nevertheless, coffee house lunch was great and the service staff were great !!!
