Stayed there for 3D2N - with family - booked 01 Deluxe & 02 Superior Twin Room (Room 615 / 618 & 620)...Check in date : 02 June / Check out date : 04 June - we arrived around 02.00pm to check in - the front desk personnel was welcoming / malay lady (couldn't recall her name) from the beginning till we check out - she was friendly and we felt comfortable dealing with her - My son nash -3 years old - liked her as well. Thank you very much.

Room for improvement : The towel need to be changed - was smelly and worn out.We don't feel comfortable using the towels.

Breakfast spread was good.Thumbs Up for a 3 star hotel !

Overall - we enjoyed our stay in the hotel !

Room Tip: Premium Deluxe Room is worth the money ! -

From the airport, the taxi found the hotel very easily. The hotel is the only building around the area that is high. A walk to the shops is only 15 minutes walk and in the shopping centre there is a grocery store that has all the things you require.

The hotel is in some renovation and repair work, there is evidence of this all over various areas of the hotel. The room is clean and freshly renovated looking. The wifi is ok from the room.

The sleep quality in the hotel is poor. Kids running and shouting can be heard from the hallway in the room. Other issues we had was drainage in the bathroom sink. The water didn't down the drain very quickly.

Service in the hotel is lacking, however some "day time" staff were very helpful when we wanted to hire a scooter. Phone calls were made and very quickly we had a scooter delivered straight to the hotel.

Easy to find and not expensive, I would consider staying in this hotel again when in Langkawi.

Hi everyone,

Stay here 7d/6n and must say we overal like it, but..

We choose this hotel because of inroom wifi, which never happen to be conected. You can connect in front of the room doors, but not behind them (so you can sit in front of the elevator and manage everything you want). On reception they told us its happening. .

Pool - another disapointment. Looks so nice on photo, but the water is so stinky of chlorid, that its not possible to swimm there (due to "milky" water you cant see the bottom even the pool is 1,4m deep). But you can also manage this trouble by taking shower on the toilet and sunning by the pool. Also must mention that I never see anybody to check the quality of water..

Accomodation- is pretty nice - comf bed, some cable tv (english channels hbo and Discovery; and cca 4 malay channels), balcony with seeview (far away you see water), very nice sky in the evening, bathroom is a little bit small, but its ok.

See here some reviews there are ants and its true, but they are so small you cant even notice them.

Sea/beach - better havent try it - its near marina and a lot of rubbish there in the water, but beach itself is nice. Never see anybody in the water, so better is not to count with seabathing.

To do.. we take a lot of walks to near dury free (10 minutes), to Eagle Square (15 minutes) and marina - here you can buy tickets to island hopping or transfer (18-20 minutes). Also can take a taxi to Cenang beach for 30 RM or to Cable car for 42 RM - fix prices or you can hire a taxi driver for 4 hrs for 120 RM.

Restaurant - ok, have try dinner ala carte and was tasty ( must mentioned that the hotel prices are ok), breakfast also good (toasts, vegetable, frits, egg, sausage, butter also very good kaya) - can recommend ;)

Staff/cleaning service were very good.

Summary is if I kbow about no inroom wifi and somebody tell me about the pool, I wouldnt be disapointed, altough I can recommend this hotel.

We booked 2 rooms (1 twin and 1 Kind bedroom). An overall good hotel. The rooms have been newly refurbished, so have no complaints. The price is cheaper than the other comparable hotels near Kuah. You have to have a car to stay here as it is about 20mins walk to Kuah. Security, Parking and reception services are ok. The breakfast selection is limited. They would have porridge corner, Noodles corner, Bread corner, cereal corner, 2 version of eggs, 2 version of noodles, the obligatory Nasi Goreng/ Tomato with curry (in the morning??). There are the salad corner, and fruit corner. The receptionist are polite. The bell boys are efficient. Housekeeping accomodates your requests fast. Ask for the 6th Floor and above, facing the sea. Breathtaking! Will definitely return.

Came to know the hotel go through some renovation work and we chose this hotel as part of the reason its near to Kuah Town. Can observe the room condition looks "new". On room condition, cleanliness ok, but the bathroom towel bit smelly, TV signal not so good, no WIFI as well!

Staff service are ok to me as we do not have much request. I personally think they need to improve on the breakfast serve in the coffee house in terms of food spread (more choices perhaps like egg station, vege etc.), hygiene (fly flying around, ants on breakfast counter) and cleanliness.

Room Tip: If you look for short stay and like to stay at Kuah town area, this could be your choice. Otherwise, you could look for hotels / resorts along Cenang Beach. Request for higher floor for better sea view!
