Bulan Cafe is easily accessible from the main road and parking is not hard to find as the other shops around the area are still closed, so there are plenty of parking spaces. Also, you dont need a reservation, I've never had a problem getting a table there, ever.
Nestled in the middle of a quiet neighborhood, the restaurant employs an open an chic style giving a relaxed feel. Their burger is good, not the best I've ever tasted, but definitely a unique concept, different than your average burger stall that's abundant all over Kuantan. Didnt try other dishes, as they're really well known among the locals for their Burgers.
While waiting for my food to arrive, I sat at the corner sofa in the restaurant and came across an old photographic diary of Kuantan town up on their shelves, definitely something worth reading. Sure you can find the book in the local library, but who goes to the library on a vacation?
