Of course, compared to local food, the mark up on the food here is pretty high - but it's still very affordable when compared to western prices considering the amount of food and its quality. Our waiter was not great - did not ask whether we wanted fries or mash with the food and as such had to be corrected, and brought us hot water (?!) when we asked for mineral water. But the lamb chop itself was deliciously flavoured and well cooked, even if I would have preferred it slightly rarer (again, the waiter persuaded me to go with the house method of cooking).
