Location
Good location, close to seaside, about 15 - 20 minutes walk from Gurney drive (5 minutes to the road, another 15 minutes to the are full with food stalls). There's a food court (seaside) opposite of the hotel, although is has a lot of food stalls and choices, but they're just average.
Room & hotel
The Deluxe Suite is very spacious, a living area with sofa and coffee table, a dining area with dining table, a study/work area with study/work table. In addition to the toilet attached to the bedroom, there's another toilet (guest toilet) at the main entrance as well, so your guest can use it and not entering your bedroom. It is clean and tidy, but looks a bit old. No smell. The bed is a bit hard, but still in acceptable level. The aircond is very cold, even though we try to turn up the temperature, but it seems not helping.
The access to the carpark is by staircase only, no lift, if you park at the highest floor (Eg. 5th floor), you'll need to walk all the way up and down. If you have heavy or lots of luggage, it is best to drop off at the main entrance, then proceed to park the car. The parking is free for hotel guest, but need to bring the parking ticket to reception for stamping.
