I would not recommend this as an attraction to any tourist, as it is incredibly shabby. There are some shops at the bottom few levels of the run-down building, and above that, it is completely dilapitated. Yep, like the barren and eerie corridors you would see in the Left-For-Dead game or other FPS games - this is not an exaggeration!
However, you can use it as a landmark to navigate your way around Georgetown (just like the BT in West London or the Eiffel in Paris), as it is the tallest building on the island.
The bus terminal is just under the building, so its likely you'll have to reluctantly visit this place a number of times if you're travelling about Georgetown. As the building has links to the shopping malls just beside, you may have to walk through an overhead walkway through Komtar to get from a building to the next, to avoid the chaos and traffic on the ground floor
