I have seen this restaurant many times while traveling around Penang, but have never eaten there. Because of the name I thought it would be either Spanish or Mexican, but it was neither. The choices were not that spectacular, with steak (with the ever present disgusting Malaysia black pepper sauce, chicken thighs or one dish with chicken breast, pasta and some interesting appetizers. Two of us had the baked chicken breast with mozzarella cheese and we both found it to be sort of bland. One friend had pasta with salmon which was very good. Another had the pate, which was average. The service was good , but the atmosphere was very noisy for a high class restaurant. It appears that they get a lot of business from the hotel guests and tourists. I wouldn't waste my time going there again.
