Very smooth experience. Fast check in, nice and clean room. The staff is very efficient, I left some clothes for laundry and got them back just hours later. They don't have an in house restaurant but 10 meters from the entrance is both a 24 hour convenience store and a small eatery.
Location is about in the middle of everything, 10 minutes walk to big malls, or use a Grab to go where you want
Basic small rooms, clean. Mattress needs replacing as it's rather soft to sunken in abit. Not too friendly for my back.
Brekkie very basic some noodles, fried rice, omelette and two fruits, papaya and water melon.
The first night seems power outage for some time before restored.
The location is good. Easy access to everywhere. Easy to get Grab. Also to walk to nearby attractions. The bed was so good and comfortable. Room was clean. However, the breakfast was so lousy. Did not expect the breakfast to be this bad at Cititel Express.
stayed here for 3 nights. location is good. small and clean room but it is worthy with the price. easy to get the foods as there were lot of restaurants nearby the hotel. The only problem with this Hotel is its sound proofing is bad. even you can hear other people talking in the next room.
Arrived late but the receptionist was helpful.
The room was expected to be small (as most of the reviews here). Comfortable just for one person stay As I was staying alone - not much complain.
At 12 midnight, the air-conditioning system leaked and water dripping from the system to the floor. I was too tired to call the receptionist. Put the waste bin at the dripping area and went back to sleep. The next day I reported the incident during check out.
Just stayed there for 9 hours.
Breakfast simple.
