I stayed in a deluxe sea view room for 6 nights. I absolutely loved my stay. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom was clean, however Internet was only available in the lobby, which didn't bother me at all.

Receptionist were accommodating for my needs, especially when I asked to print my plane boarding pass. After forwarding the hoarding pass to the hotel email, a bell boy came to my room and gave it to me free of charge. If was staying in a five stars hotel, certainly I will be charged for it.

Breakfast was normal and just adequate. Not many varieties, like only orange juice available, coffee and tea, and no egg station. So you can ask to have an omelette made for you. I choose to sit outside since it is a beautiful view to the ocean.

I highly recommend this hits, as it aIs close to Suria Sabah mall which faces the hotel and has many eateries and cares like Starbucks, station one, secret receipt, Pizza Hut.....etc. for booking tours, Wilma Sabah behind the hotel has travel operators and guides offices.. Shop around until you find the cheapest. Further down, there is Wisma Merdeka, a little shopping mall packed with locals.
Money changers are plentiful. On the ground floor of Suria Sabah, there is few to choose from.

Room Tip: Choose a high floor for your deluxe room. I had level 12 for my room

The hotel is huge and impressive, but I expected more for the price. The room was nice and clean but no WiFi. It worked only in the lobby and still wasn't fast enough. The staff, on the other hand, was very helpful. Anyway, we changed the hotel after one night.

I stayed here for 12 nights, two blocks of 6 nights during November 2012. I booked due to the good reviews on tripadvisor.

If you are a light sleeper like me, then come prepared with earplugs of sleeping pills. This hotel has singe glazing. I was located at the rear during my first stay on the13th floor, at at the front on 12th floor on my second stay. I thought being high up would make a difference but it didn't. For some reason in KK everyone has turbo exhausts fitted to their cars, which are super noisy..... Due to the fact that the hotel is situated on a corner with a large shopping centre next to t, the road acts as a funnel and the noise of the cars is trebled and

Room Tip: Take ear plugs if your a light sleeper.

Stayed in family suite with sea view with my family members. The room was spacious with 2queen size beds. The beds were very comfortable. The price was cheap and it comes with complimentary breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet restaurant has a outdoor dinning place where u can feel the breeze and enjoy the beautiful sea view in the morning while having breakfast. The breakfast buffet has many choices n delicious. The location of the hotel is good because it is just beside suria sabah, a new shopping mall and wisma merdeka, a shopping mall as well. It is also near to the Jesselton point, Gaya street ( Sunday market) and most of the attraction places. Overall, a recommendation stay for family trip.

This hotel, with its strategic location, situated at the heart of KK town, with 5 minints walking distance to Jessselton Point(for those who want to do island hoping at TAR MARINE PARK), 10 minits to local market, 8 minits to China Town, Filipino Market and all bank and others complex such as Wisma Sabah(many tourist agent), Wisma Merdeka (many small shops), and SURIA KK Shopping complex opposite it.
-the room is very clean, and got many amenities. water supply was powerful. front desk staffs also very friendly.
-with standard room -two single standard in RM 175, and the big bed, plus its location, this should be the choice for traveller with family and friends.

Room Tip: tips: request rooms start with 09 (209,309 etc) to 19(219, 319 etc), you will get a good sea view rooms.
