I dined at Kozan during my recent stay at Rasa Ria Resort.
The meal was prepared by Chef Jimmy who was brilliant in cooking and entertainment.
Everything was cooked to perfection, right in front of you, with theatrical flair. As well as great food it was great entrainment.
From a selection of fixed menus, I chose Kumantoto at a price of RM145.
The for was tender and delicious.
