I booked 2 units apartment directly from the owner via her FB page https://www.facebook.com/pages/Api-api-Center-Apartment/202679153078498?ref=ts&fref=ts
I chose it because of the location, very near Philippine's market, convenient stores, shopping area & plenty of eateries. Once arrived, we were greeted by the sombre lady caretaker who showed us our units & left after we paid the total rent for 2 nights. The units look ok but lacking something here & there. Here goes the list:
- All showers in all bathrooms were not working.
- One unit has semi auto washing machine but no extension wire provided.
- Aircond in one room was loud and not cooling at all.
- Old model tv were provided but one was not working.
When we asked the caretaker about this, she said the owner is not there & she don't know how to address the matter. And the most annoying thing happened on our second night. There was a water cut! We called the owner & she promised to look at it & send a gallon of water to each unit. We waited but nobody came! I keep calling & texting her but she didn't reply at all! Apparently, the water cut lasted until 4am without us knowing it. If we knew about it earlier, at least we can stock up water ourselves! Can you imagine our misery from 6pm-4am that day?
To the owner whoever you are, please be more responsible because you're doing business, promising to provide good service & good accommodation but you're not taking full responsibility with the maintenance & not even care for our comfort at all, us = your paying customers!!!
