“Pizza soggy and almost undone, foccacia and ciabatta not fresh from the oven, some even hard as rock!”
Reviewed 22 January 2014

While customer service is good and the overall quality of delicatessen is hotel class, some recipes need serious improvement, for example the pizzaz which are not supposed to be drenched and dripping with the not so right sauce. Sometimes the foccacia and ciabatta can be hard as rock, the bakery should check on these breads' shelf life before telling customers that the breads are fresh from the oven.

“Great find, best bread in KK.”
Reviewed 17 November 2013

Breads and More can be found at Grace Point about 100metres across the road from Sutera Harbour entrance. The small shop is another part of the Sutera Harbour franchise and therefore the quality of the produce is created by the chefs belonging to the hotel. The shop sells a variety of different breads, croissants and cakes and has become very popular with the locals here in Sabah mainly because at 8.30pm nearly everything is sold off at half price. There are a few tables outside the shop where you can sit over a cup of coffee (machine made and not very good) and a cake or sandwich.
The bread is by far the best you can buy in KK and more European in flavour than the sweet Asian alternative. The staff are polite, helpful and always pleased to see you. One of the best kept secrets in KK but unfortunately the secret has been revealed as the bread quickly flys off the shelves unless you go there in the morning. Don't tell anyone else.
