I stayed here for 1 night only after coming back from Sandakan by bus in the late evening---too tired to find a proper place to stay the night.
This has got to be the worst hotel in this category---smelly building, musty room, cold showers and so decrepit that it is almost too embarassing to describe. Next to a KFC joint, this place looked as if it has never undergone a minor facelift in 30-40 years! The room furniture looked late '50-ish, so are the bathroom fittings. The water dripped non-stop from the upper floors and the pigeons on the ledge kept me up all night .And for Rm85 a night, it was very poor value indeed!
The only saving grace was the air-con unit which was new and functioning. I did the only sensible thing the next morning---checked out and run.
