I wouldnt often rave about a hotel as much as this one, but to be honest this is the best hotel I have stayed in for sometime.
As soon as I arrived I was warmly greeted and instantly given an upgrade to the privilege room, a modern spacious room with everthing you every needed,and very very clean.
Now I know this hotel is less than a year old but all the amenities are modern and pretty flash. The restaurant staff where friendly and helpful when required, food and beer are reasonable approx RM15 glass of beer and RM6-8 for fries.

As for the front of house staff they couldnt do any more for me if they tried. The swimming pool area is great too catering for kids and adults. There was a small gym.

Within walking distance of the hotel is the modern Metro town with plenty of restaurants(cheap to expensive) and a pub called the Bulldog, pricey for KK.
Admittedly the town is a fair way away and a taxi is really the only option as there is currently NO shuttle, taxi cost around RM25-30.
Taxi from airport costs around RM35-40.
Great hotel highly recommended. A true asset to the Accor group.

First of all, I would like to apologize for not able to reply to your feedback earlier due to system glitches. It is our honour to receive such positive feedback on your stay last year with us, appreciate your time and effort to put up this great review.

We have also shared this positive feedback with the team, this will further boost up their motivation to continuously provide the superior service.

The hotel is located at Kolombong's Industrial corridor and it is 8Km away from city centre, which is about 15 minutes drive. Uber and Grab is available at a very affordable fares, as well as to KK International airport.

the hotel is stand alone with jesselton private hospital. quite isolated. in front of hotel has quite selection of eatery palce for dinner and lunch. recomended the kamchai kopitiam and others. the pool is great with kid pool available. but the best is the breakfast selection and variety is as good as 4-5 star hotel in the city. the taste is great too. it great place to rest and relax butborinh if u planned for another activity.

The hotel is brand new with well appointed rooms. The rooms are great & bed is very comfortable also very quiet for a good sleep. The swimming and gym facilities are very good, withTechnogym equipment. A little outside but good food opposit.

Had a corporate lunch at the hotel recently and was attended to by a european lady who I assume was the head of F&B...food prices were very very reasonable and quality of food good. We were very impressed with the staff and ambience of the hotel.

We spoke to the head of Sales for the hotel about getting corporate rates (Vivian Chu) as we had regular groups in for our meetings but never heard back from her nor her team so we signed up with another hotel in the heart of the city who responded within 24 hours and were keen to work out a deal with us for the year. Given the hotel is outside of the City Center and did not appear to be full, you would assume they would be keen to work out deals with corporate clients but not the case with this accor branded hotel.

Disappointing this hotel showed no interest or initiative...but sometimes with branded hotels, it takes one team leader to let the hotel down. Business must be very very good I assume.

Won't be back again.

Been here twice . Modern setup , modern facilities , mediocre breakfast and internet speed is extremely poor . They have individual room connection but no difference from the common connection . And they are under staff .
