This food complex is set in a beautiful garden and is operated by the Sutera Harbour Resort.

The Food stalls have been leased out to individual operators.
They are all substandard as far as the Food quality goes. Maybe with the exception of 1 or 2 of the stalls.
Sutera Harbour Resort Management don't seem to have a clue as to what good local food should be like.
The Indian is a disgrace...the Curries tasteless and watery...always out of stock of most of the items on their menu.
The Grilled Fish..you are lucky to get service here and when you do (the staff always playing on their mobile phones)you have to wait at least an hour.
It is a shame that a big resort operator like Sutera cannot manage this operation better.
They should not allow stallholders who know nothing about food or highne to operate.
It is a pity cause a lot of local families go there and there is good parking at this location
The drink outlets are operated by Sutera there are 2 of them but the service is slow.
However there is 1 yes 1 outlet that serves good local food it is the Malaysian stall...not cheap but food good quality and fresh
.
Total lack of interest and management by Sutera....spoil a fantastic location for locals an tourists alike.
The toilets are clean and well maintaed.

But don't go there for good food or service.

Their drinks counter is really terrible, very very slow service to take order and serve. The drinks are really terrible and expensive, I ordered soft drinks, coca cola, it's really a nightmare, gas-less and taste terrible.

Food is okay but quite pricey. Had their tomyam fried rice and nasi lemak.

A collection of Hawker style food outlets that are managed by Sutera Harbor Resort s.
Never all open at the same time. Some staff in uniform some not.
The staff in some of the outlets like the Grill Fish don't even want to take your order they are too busy on there hand phones or eating lunch. The food takes 30 to 40 minutes to be served. Not worth the wait.
The Indian is sub standered and is only good for Roti. ..don't even bother with the curry.
The Western (when it is open at) can't even get a Hamburger right !!
Sutera management should take more interest and set a standered
for all the outlets and terminate the lease of those that dont conform.
They should fine the outlets that don't open for a good reason.
Also some of the outlets charge more to the foreigners than the locals. .this should be stamped out.
Maybe this place would be up to local standard but the outlets lack good hygienic standards behind the shopfronts.
Sutera should look into who they lease out to.
I was sick for 2 days after eating lunch here.
BEWARE. ...!!!

The disappointing sides of this Food Court are that there are many varied restautrants and food stalls, unfortunately my wife who loves true Indian ordered that and I ordered some local dishes and while we were waiting for our meals we ordered an assortment of satay sticks from a smaller hawker style vendor..............Well to sum it up neither the Indaian, local or satay sticks (tough as old work boots) were worth eating....even after waiting a rather long time...

I wolud like to say though, that this may not be indicative of all the other reataurants but it seemed ironic that we had the old "Three strikes and your over and out" of our restaurant listing in KK..

Also it is very hard when there is only one central drink and refreshment staion and the staff there are not happy or helpful towards customers as the location of this Food Court is great if staying at Gace Ville Apartments.
