Quite a large hotel, so no real personal service, but what it does it does well. Ordered airport pick up through the hotel, which turned out to be cheaper than the standard taxi fare, so worth taking this up. Went for a Deluxe room, which was spacious with a very comfortable large bed. the bathroom was large with lots of space for my potions. Had room facing street, but was on a high floor so was not disturbed and slept well. Buffet breakfast was really good - so much choice both Asian and western - the laksa was great and it was my first experience of kaya toast, which I loved. Lots of fresh fruit and sweet stuff too. A little out of the centre, but easily walkable and the street you walk along has lots of interesting food and drink options. I saw a couple of 'ladies of the night' in the locality, but did not feel at all unsafe walking about on my own.

Room Tip: Higher floors will be quieter

The Hotel is 5 minutes far away from city's center. I arrived from the airport and the welcome was very good, with a welcome drink, it was very refreshing. The receptionist was efficient and fair, she explained me the hotel facilities and the main trip/tour supported by the hotel.
The room was clean and big, you feel comfortable in it. The bathroom was fine, everything worked properly no problem at all. The hotel gives you two free drink in their skybar, the view of Kuching is amazing and the music was very nice. The breakfast was very good with local food as well as international one, fruit was fresh and the service was very good. Overall a very good experience.

This is a functional, soulless hotel geared towards business travellers with overpriced laundry services and tours, a constantly empty rooftop bar with a mediocre view and the rooms have thin walls and a constant traffic noise outside. The hotel location is not great - right near a red light alley and 10 minutes to walk to the waterfront and 30 min walk to the bus station. If you are looking for a green coloured Hotel Ibis type thing in Asia then it may work for you but there is no character to the place.

I have booked this hotel based on the reviews on TA. No regrets!

Very good communications via email with front desk manager prior to trip.

The hotel is located within waking distance to the river and the rest of the city places of interest. There are a lot of eateries nearby.

The lime theme is extended throughout the hotel.

Going through the room the first time made me think this is really a budget hotel until I remembered the owner's commitment to be eco-friendly. It a felt good that I am Not given things I don't really need. I am referring to thing like mini cooler which you can request if you need one. Otherwise, everything else is there for a comfortable stay.

The room otherwise is very nice! Comfortable bed, air con that works well, hot/cold shower with good pressure. Bathroom door cannot be locked, so it's something to consider if you have abtravelling companion.

Not all room types are equipped with a in-room safe, so please read the room description if you need one.

Staff are very friendly and efficient.

Room Tip: Pick a room not facing the roads.

This hotel was really nice for the price. The service was courteous and prompt, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was quite close to the center of town and Riverwalk. They also have a gorgeous roof deck where you can look out over the city at sunset and enjoy a drink. And this was one of the few places in Malaysia that had the bath tub separated from the toilet. What a luxury! Would absolutely stay here again.

Room Tip: We stayed in the deluxe room which was plenty spacious for 2 people.

This is amazing for the price, well-located, the lime theme continued in colour and naming ,offering that freshness. It was good to have the environmentally friendly option, limited sheet changes and bathrooms with soap only. I could use the store of shampoos from other hotels! No smoking, excellent. Rooftop bar, terrific, tho the supervisor could take a lead out of his staff''s book and serve guests before finishing the inventory. But that's a quibble. Light breakfast, excellent staff, room was a good size and clean. Wifi was erratic. Very happy 3 nights here. Main tourist area with a range of eateries are a bit away from the hotel, but the waterfront is nearby and there are food courts in the next streets. The area is a bit dodgy, take care at night. But that's ports for you. Always interesting.
