Suitable for travellers with budget and those only need a room to sleep. Room with air con, attache bathroom, bath towel, small TV with local channel. No daily cleaning, 1 bottle of bath/shampoo, toilet paper (as per request), 2 bottles of water on 1st day, a table with a chair, no closet.

On top of shop house, staircase walkup with a small receiption of a table with 1 staff on duty. On duty staff are friendly. Can request to change room if it is too noisy as there is a karaoka lounge below the hostel.

Inexpensive rate and the location situated in the city centre.

Room Tip: Check with the owner for the type of room required

My stay for 2 nights during low season. Location wise very easy to find eateries but a bit far from waterfront but dont mind as I rent a car. Rooms big enough for 2 double and 1 single, and power shower too..aircond was new although a bit less horsepower for that big room. Parking for guest avalaible in front of hotel entrance coupled with CCTV feel secured park the car there.

I had my stay there for 4D3N, big, clean and comfort room. I was actually getting free upgrade to a better room with window without any charges. The staff, Mr Andy, speak well in English, Chinese and also local dialect. Very friendly person with excellent travel knowledge. He recommend us places to visit and also places for foods, drinks, souvenir and shops. Andy making his own map of Kuching city area which enable us to easily get what we wants easily. He even remember the time schedule for buses. Very special guy. Thanks Andy!

Beside this, the owner of the hostel also a friendly husband and wife. They will show their guest with great hospitality. They will try to accommodate our request. They give us an umbrella due to hot sun and rain!
