This is small Chinese Temple situated near the Waterfront and Hilton Hotel. Walking distance if you live in one of the hotels or B&B places in the city.

Nicely Maintained and clean. The upkeep is done really well over the years with the temple being repainted and cleaned every now and then.

Good for prayers and visitors alike!

There is nothing particularly special about this simple temple. I have seen considerably more impressive temples in Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh, etc. But, the location of this temple really does make it special, since it sits prominently on a raised property overlooking the old Chinatown, the Chinese Cultural Museum, and the Sungai Santubong River. It was raining and the temple gave us a nice break from the wet. Overall it's a good temple worthy of a quick stop since you'll likely be walking in this area to visit Kuching's other attractions.

Had been here around Chinese New Year so the temple was beautifully decorated with red lanterns and made a good photo op. Very close to the river front and main bazar- so makes a good pit stop if you are in the area

Typical chinese temple, not so big, located near the waterfront. To me, it's just another chinese temple and nothing so fancy much but if you like photo taking, please do so.
