We spent 5 nights here in a tree house and it was not enough time. The staff are awesome, the boat trips amazing, the rainforest is outstanding. The untouched beauty of this place is breathtaking. The lack of tourist related crap and rubbish on the beach and in the ocean was a pleasant surprise after other places in Asian. You really need at lest two weeks here to take everything in. Bako national park, boat trips to Islands and Mangroves all exceptional especially the staff, very friendly and helpful. Will miss this place but will be back.

We stayed for two nights in a tree house - and really enjoyed it. The house was spacious, clean and well-equipped and the location between the trees directly at the seaside was fabulous.
The staff was helpful and very friendly, e.g. our airport transfer in the early morning was organized without any problems.
The resort’s beaches ware small but fine for a short dip in the sea. We took a nice walk on the very good marked trail that leads through the jungle below Mount Santubong at the resort’s ground and saw monkeys, squirrels, lizards, snakes and many interesting insects.
The only demerit was the restaurant. The breakfast was average, but the warm meals served throughout the day were mean. You’d better go to the nearby restaurants at Damai Central or the main road to Damai beach.

Friendly and attentive staff - esp Cheryl and Dave - in lovely open air, tree top restaurant with seaviews over the Damai beach; banana pancakes the best, fresh fruit juices delectable, nasi goreng delish; a varied menu; survivor course with Freddie was special - we'll be back!

The treehouse is worth the extra money it is unreal. Jungle pool is great and the beach is private. Average food for breakfast although the dinner menu is better for choice, don't want anything in a hurry. Reception could have helped more with activities, but overall it is a worthy experience.
