Stayed for 2 days. Relatively new- clean physically. But the corridor (level 2) smell so bad. The room is small (stayed at twin sharing room). Hotel location is quite a walk from the riverfront. But it’s relatively quiet surrounding all day long, plenty of parking spaces.

Arrived on Saturday, checked out on Monday. Given only 1 access card to the room. Need to put a deposit for the second one. The receptionist might not accustomed to guest asking for two access card (appeared reluctant to issue another one).

Breakfast was limited to basic local dishes- Laksa Sarawak, fried rice, fried noodles, cereals, salads, fruits and breads

They have fitness center on top floor. I didn’t have the chance to have a look at it.

Overal experience was appropriate for the price (online) paid.

This is a very nice, modern boutique hotel, one of the best we stayed at in SE Asia. Room is big enough for two persons. We were also happy with the breakfast choices.
Seems a little away from waterfront and the centre, but for 5 days we always walked around the area. We only took Uber for the Sarawak Cultural Village and Semenggor Wildlife Center which are 20 something km away from the city.

Small hotel with well-maintained rooms, excellent bed, free wifi, free toilletries, TV, coffeemaker and decent breakfast. The only complaint is the tiny shower cubicle. Located in a quiet area, it is a little bit inconvenient for travellers without personal transport. Overall, very good value for money.

Good place to stay for short term and hotel is a small hotel with limited overall services. Room is rather small but are comfortable with good air condition system. In-house F&B outlet are limited and food selection are not impressive. Breakfast are limited with local choice of food. Hotel service are generally just at average and more room needed for improvement.
