Service Wasnt anything near to the introduction and interview that ive came across online.the entrance welcome greeting was overlook as well as leaving wishes.even normal japanese restaurant would greet their customer welcome.overall the lack of warmth and sincerity as well as attention. As ive just made a specific mention that i dont want any meat or seafood in my fried rice n it came with meat in it.Very dissapointing fromy view as maid cafe is suppose to treat customer like master or mistress yet,in any other jap restaurant they would take down ur specific diet requirement even if there are many other customers.i feel that is part of the service chargers that i was charge for?and my bf n i were the only two customer that day n yet they fail to serve.with this standard,i dont think it has the spirit of maid cafe compare to my hometown's outlet in kota kinabalu.even though in my hometown,it is a very small one,but the maids always greet welcome home miss or young master in japanese when u enter, remember to take down ur diet allergies,do the drink n food spell when serving, serve u n say 'sorry for the wait','enjoy ur food',when u pay they will say thank you very much n when u leave they will bow n say "safe journey please come again"or something like that.my experience in tenshi though, not once they spoke a greeting phrase in japanese even though ive read they were train by japanese maid.
In conclusion,it wasted my time and effort to make a stop in tenshi from Sabah.sad to say that ive took part as a maid cafe's maid before and it is sore and a disppointing to see this kind of service from a maid cafe.the cafe was also awfully quiet with no music or anything to add to the atmosphere.totally destroy the impression n fun of a maid cafe.hopefully they will improve or keep up their standard at all times. But i feel i m not encourage to go back anymore.
I cant comment much on the food as i ate nearly nothing as i was painfully digging out meat from my fried rice(and the bill total was RM66++).my bf comment though that other jap restaurant serves much better salmon bento.as he only took two bites of it and cant take the strong fish smell
