“Worth the visit”
Reviewed 26 April 2012

You should visit underwater restaurant in Conrad Resort, if not to have a meal, just to take a drink and eat a sneak. You will see that they do not have a real reef and feed the fishes, so they are always swimming around, but worth the experience.

“Underwater Anniversary!”
Reviewed 20 April 2012

Well, it was our 20th Wedding Anniversary and we wanted to do something very special, so we booked a 10-day escape to the Maldives. We stayed on the wonderful island of Mirihi and discovered that the nearest island (about 45 mins by boat) happened to be Rangali, where they have this amazing Undersea Restaurant, Ithaa (which means pearl). Admittedly, it was expensive, but the location was simply out of this world! Furthermore, the staff were very friendly & helpful, explaining the history of the restaurant, describing fish to watch out for, taking photographs, even supplying sunglasses! They presented us with an Anniversary cake at the end and also a little pearl in a velvet box. We ordered some more wine to slip slowly afterwards and just take in the amazing scene. We were not rushed at any point and our lunch lasted a very relaxed 3 hours :o) I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone who wants to celebrate something special or just have a once-in-a-lifetime experience!

“too expensive”
Reviewed 27 March 2012

The price is the down aspect. The 6 course meal was amazing though. And the fishes and sharks floating around are cool.
