This is not just 'à great place for dinner in Essaouira', it's a great place for dinner anywhere. Great product, great recipes, such a nice owner/chef (Abdelatif), and a really nice kitsch atmosphere. We ended up going twice, because we enjoyed our first meal so much and there were several other interesting dishes on the menu that we wanted to try. The tajine with gorgonzola sounds weird, but it is awesome. The fish of the day was sublime. The pasta dishes were clear evidence of someone who lived in Italy (and who lives food!). Great service and great value for money. You'll probably need to reserve ahead of time.
