It is very cozy place, with tasty food (Greek salad is the bst I've ever eaten). The hostess is very nice and sercive is great. Prices are very low, so enjoy yourself. Would not recommend tea though, as anywhere in Marocco

Simply amazing. The moment you walk in the decoration is really special. Completely like a retro 60s joint. The staff and the Spanish lady are very friendly and easy going. The menu is very limited but adhere fully to the vegetarian / ecological theme. The food is very good actually. Given that we are in Morocco, it's very tasty, healthy and nutritious all the whole giving a more than decent value for the money!

We had dinner at Triskala and it was really good food!! The lady who serves speaks only a little bit of english but that wasn't a problem at all. The place looks a bit retro and that makes it very special and nice.

Walking in here, you'll immediately be struck by the décor; 60s furniture on the wall, multicolour lighting, Pink Floyd playing in the background. Definitely not the type of place you'd expect to find in Essaouira. The food was a mix of French and Moroccan. I had swordfish brochettes which were cooked perfectly. My girlfriend had a fish ball tajine which was a bit on the bland side. Service was pretty good, and they serve boiled water so tourists can drink it.

What can I say about Triskala? I was so pleased with this place that we came two days is in a row. It was the best food we had in our 11 days in Morocco, plus one of the greatest atmospheres in a restuarant, ever. My boyfriend and I both ordered the falafel plate, with a fresh orange-carrot-ginger juice, and a fruit salad for dessert. Everything was perfect! The falafel's themselves were some of the best we have ever had. The sides were different types of vegetables, perfectly seasoned and cooked, and a variety of different dressings. The plate cost 50 dirhams, or about 5 euros. Worth every cent! The ambience of Triskala is also impressive. The cafe is totally unique. It feels a bit like being in a treefort, with little wooden tables and low cushioned seating areas stacked on top of each other. There are pictures of Jimi Hendrix and Bob Dylan, books scattered about, and not to mention good music playing! Service was prompt and friendly. Highly recommened!!!
