UPDATE: The Sea Breeze Bar is to date (April 2012) no longer open! I don't know if this is a permanent closure or a temporary one, but for the time being it is no longer in operation! In its absence, try Al Tannour Lebanese Restaurant for currently the best pizza in town (opposite Indian Cascade & Bank Dhofar on 23rd July Street). It's a shame the Sea Breeze has closed as it was one of the nicer places in the Hilton to have a drink and some food. Hope they re-open...

Sensibly priced drinks but when busy it is difficult to get service with a smile. Needs more staff, and motivation. Having said that it is a nice place for a pre dinner drink.

First of all, good luck finding the Sea Breeze Bar open - it rarely seems to be. When it is there is very little atmosphere. The location is delightful - with wicker chairs and loungers by the beach - and a perfect spot for a sundowner, but why the hotel don't utilise this location better I have no idea. Everything certains instead around the boring Palm Grove area. Personally I'd buy a drink at Palm Grove and then bring it here if Sea Breeze is closed. They serve OK pizzas. Nice crispy bases but the toppings lack flavour. Needs more cheese and the right type of cheese. The Sea Breeze Bar is located by the dive centre. It would make sense for this to be the diver hang-out - it could be so much better with some music and people and a bit of atmosphere, but it's usually deadly quiet!

This is a wonderful place to come for drinks and a pizza. It's set in a garden with coconut palms and overlooks the sea. If you have kids they can run and play in the gardens or play on the beach while you sip on your drinks. Very chillax place! Can definitely recommend. And oh yes, pizzas are actually very good for this part of the world!
