We spent 3 nights at Togo B&B Hotel in January and we really had a great stay! The room (bungalow) was stylish, spacious and very clean! The terrace with table and chairs and hammocks was the perfect place to relax and the garden is lush and well taken care off. So nice to have a private entrance to the beach. Breakfast was great too! We had no car, but it was easy to walk to restaurants via the beach. The owners, Antonio and Gordon, take really good care of their guests. They made our stay even more enjoyable! We had such a good time with you guys! Thanks for everything. After a month traveling through beautiful Panama, we can say that staying at Togo B&B was one of the best places we have stayed. Hope to come back one day!

We (my husband and I) decided to explore the Pacific side of Panama literally last minute. We were in Panama City one night looking at what TripAdvisrpor says about the Pacific side. It was on the Xmas day. When we read about Togo B&B, saw pictures, we knew that was the place. And luckily for us -it was open for the exact three days we wanted to come (including the New Year's Eve one).

And what a right choice it has been. We rented a car (you would not need a big one, as the roads in Panama are great and around Farallon they are too) and drove for about 1.5h to the hotel (do print the map on the webpage - it is very helpful!!!).

The moment you step into the Togo property -you feel well, happy and at peace! This feeling stays with you throughout the stay. We stayed in the cactus room which was specious, private and very comfortable and clean. We loved the room design and the hummak in front of the yard very much too! The design is beautiful and very practical to make your room breeze and yet to have zero insects! No AC was needed either, thanks to the perfect ventilation system in the room. The only sound in the room we heard was the birds singinjng in the mornings. So lovely!

The owners, Gordon and Antonio, are the most pleasant, friendly, kind, warm, welcoming and assisting people you would ever meet! Not only they welcomed us to their house as if we were oldest friends, but they also answered every single question we had about everything and provided us with anythung we needed (e.g., books about Panama birds and binoculars to go birdswayching).

The beach is literally right off the property with clean white sand and warmest cleanest water of the Pacific. Swimming was so enjoyable that we could not have enough of it! Togo B&B provides you with perfect umbrellas, chairs and towels! Excellent!

The breakfast was delicious every day, freshly made and you can always ask for more fruits, more bread (which I ate tons, so good it was:))and more juice! We also had such interesting and insightful conversations with Gordon and Antonio every day! In fact we became good friends with them and look forward to coming back to Togo B&B!

There are plenty of good restaurants close to Togo B&B, some are in a walking distance too. It is very safe and wonderful around there. One can always find what to do, as there is a big all inclusive resort in a proximity (yet, it does not intervene in your private pristine space) for all the water and night activities.

Togo B&B is a very special and wonderful place, which everyone who loves small, private and artistic places must visit !

Togo is a great B & B with a wonderful staff. Antonio and Gordon are gracious hosts who will make you feel right at home. The rooms are large, clean, and well appointed. The grounds are beautiful and across from a nice swimming beach. There are several good restaurants - a car is necessary to get around the area. It is just under 2 hours from downtown Panama City.

We loved our stay at the beautiful Togo B&B! It had it all: beautiful room with deck and kitchenette, 2 hamacks on the deck, gorgeous original art work in the room, beautiful landscaping, and most of call, the best hosts you can think of. Antonio and Gordon made us feel like friends visiting. They spent plenty of time giving us tips and recommendations. We did not want to leave.
We are already looking at dates for next year.

Thank you so much Antonio and Gordon!

Togo B & B is absolutely incredible. Owners Tony and Gordon were very welcoming and were super helpful providing recommendations on things to do and restaurants. Our room opened up to the tropical garden and had a great patio with 2 hammocks to relax and enjoy the great courtyard.

Location is great. Easy to get to from the main highway and within 20 mins to about a half dozen great restaurants. El Valle is about 45 mins away, which is convenient for and easy return when it starts downpouring. Beach is literally right across a small street and Togo will set up umbrellas for you if you want. We also went fishing at the Decameron hotel and surfing about 20 mins away in Palomar/San Carlos.,

Breakfast is pretty good, we usually had eggs with fresh fruit, bread and coffee. It wasn't extravagant but it was perfect to start the day and hit the beach. The beach was great, the little spot by Togo was pretty deserted and peaceful and we recommend taking a nice walk down to the Pipa's for the fried fish lunch.

Rooms aren't posh and luxurious but they are private and have everything you need. A great place to go if you want tropical relaxation with some good conversations mixed in, not so much if you want uber fancy. Renting a car is also the way to go.

Room Tip: Ask for the room with 2 hammocks with patio on the courtyard

My husband and I and another couple visited Farallon and stayed at Togo B & B for a night.

Normally, I'm not a fan of B&Bs but Togo doesn't feel like a normal B&B. The place is a relaxing oasis; after we got there I was sorry that we weren't able to stay longer. We so much enjoyed just being there, taking advantage of the hammocks and the garden.

Our hosts, Gordon and Antonio were so pleasant and congenial. They made us feel comfortable and "at home". For example, when we didn't go out to dinner but were looking for a light snack, Antonio generously brought out chips and dips for us that exactly hit the spot. Also, he made calls for us because my Spanish is too poor to communicate on the phone.

The beach is so close and was great for swimming when we were there. (Beach towels are provided in the rooms and an outdoor shower for rinsing after the beach.)

We were very happy with our spacious room, tastefully decorated. There was a veranda and hammocks and a small kitchen just outside the room.

After too many days of breakfast buffets, a carefully prepared and served sit-down breakfast of fruit plate, eggs, and warm breads was delightful.

I'm already looking forward to my next stay at Togo B&B.

What a pleasant surprise! Togo exceeded all of our expectations! Host / Owner Antonio was a delight to chat with regarding his worldly travels, his life in Panama ,his flair for design and all of his area recommendations. We loved every little detail here. We admire and enjoyed all of our partner Gordon's art and paintings, the landscape/grounds were so beautiful. The common area is tastefully decorated (as are the rooms) Immaculate! And the breakfasts were delicious! Located only a few hundred feet from the trail to the best swimming beach in Panama and across the street from Noriega's old beach house, it was so cool to explore and hike around. We will be back again! Thanks again Antonio! Come visit me at my B & B in Abiquiu, New Mexico, USA. abiquiu.net
