Very nice and charming hotel centrally located close to Plaza de Armas and the city center. Lobby and rooms decorated with a cozy atmosphere.

Breakfast well assorted with egg-station.

Make sure to get a room away from the street to avoid the noise from the street.

This hotel is just normal one.
My room was fine but the bath room is pretty oldy. The wifi cuts in and out, weak signal in the room and slow. Staffs are kind. Seems to be always busy with foreign tourists whenever I stay at this hotel.(three times)

Room tip: the higher floor might get the view of the town ?

We stayed two nights in this hotel. No lotion, no face tissues provided. The cosmetic mirror was hang so high, and it is of no use. Bath towels are not clean. Noisy fridge. Room not well lit. No complimentary bottles of water. Room is small. Good free internet. Front desk staff are helpful.

Clean rooms and serves a very nice buffet breakfast. Nice dining area. Has elevator to help with luggage. Close to good restaurants and shopping. Offered lots of coco tea to help with altitude sickness. Only downside was no hot shower in the morning so you have to get up pretty early to get some heat.

On check in I found the receptionist as bland as tofu. Not very friendly and not very chatty. The door man however was very friendly and helpful with my bags.

The room was average, definitely not what I would consider a 4*, more a standard 3* perhaps. The beds are comfy, the showers are okay once the hot water finally gets to you, but the tap ran as well in my room which lowered the shower pressure. I couldn't stop this and being I was only here for 2 nights couldn't be bothered to pack up and move rooms. This was a mistake. The next morning at 7am people were banging up and down the stairs near my room. No lie in here and I wished I had made the effort to pack up and move rooms. Do not accept room 312 if you want a lie in.

Breakfast was horrible and definitely NOT even close to a 2* hotel breakfast. Congealed scrambled egg was left in a hot tray, but nothing else cooked. The choice then became toast, pancakes, cereal or fruit, I would expect more from a hotel claiming to be 4*.

The two positives of this hotel is 1. The Internet worked well throughout my stay and 2. The location was great, right next to the Plaza. Other than that extremely average.
