Wonderful restaurant in Huanchaco. Directed by the Casa Amelia staff, they said hands down this is where locals and regulars go to eat. The fish is fresh daily, while other restaurants are frozen. They close down at 4pm for a little bit, which we found funny, because we were the only two left while the staff was having its meal (didn't seem to mind).
My girlfriend and I shared the Fried Fish and Ceviche plate, but got our own Cusquenas. Was extremely delicious, plentiful and fresh. Didn't even need sauce for the lightly fried fish, as the Ceviche dressing leaked a bit and made for an amazing flavor combination.
Would gladly go here again. Around 30 soles for a large plate for two and 8 soles for a large beer.
