The staff were wonderful and since we were there on missionary work they gave us an excellent deal including breakfast.
The rooms were very large and comfortable with cable tv, hot water, refrigerator, etc... and for the most part it was very quiet, although the final evening a group of a dozen young kids came in from Lima and were very rowdy. The staff did a good job getting them to quiet down though.
There is a restaurant that has an open patio outdoors covered by a canopy, so you can eat indoors or outdoors and with eternal springtime weather, why not eat out on the patio?
There are stores all over and an internet cabin directly across the street. It is a very tranquil area next to a small park with cobblestone roads and hardly any traffic other than foot traffic.
You have to try the cake store about two blocks away, they must have 50 cakes to choose from, and for about $1.50-$2.00 a slice you can grab a few! There's also churros and icecream right next door.
Great location, comfortable stay and very reasonable prices!
You won't regret it!!
