“Paco Salad - the best”
Reviewed 9 March 2014

This restaurant is part of a group which includes Abe and other fine dining places in Makati and Manila. I went here twice for their Paco Salad. Their dishes were very tasty, especially the gambas, the Kare-kare and bangus dish. Regardless of the day of the week, it gets very busy during the peak hours of lunch (12 to 1:30 pm) and dinner (7 to 9 pm), so reservations are recommended.

“"Upscale Filipino Food"”
Reviewed 6 March 2014

Great food with nice ambiance and service. Enjoyed the crispy pata - fried just right, and the meat was moist. Perfect.

“If only they could improve service”
Reviewed 11 January 2014

This was my second visit to the place and the reason - food.
The food is very good, the choices, the preparations. The only downside with the place is it a service. The orders take a long time to arrive and get mixed nearly all the times.

If only they can fix that.

“Great Filipino Classics”
Reviewed 7 January 2014

The restaurant was fully booked but they were able to accommodate us right away. The decor is very friendly and homey. We ordered pork dinuguan ( cooked with pork blood), pork adobo ( pork stew-a Filipino staple dish) and the Tortang Talong ( eggplant with egg and ground pork). The pork dinuguan was a little disappointing because of the small serving and it would have been better if there was pork meat included and not just the innards . It's definitely not a dish to order if you are on a date or if you are not that adventurous). The tortang talong was ok. But the definite star was the crispy adobo with a lot of garlic. The meat is so tender and the sauce is just right. I suggest that you ask for some bagoong ( anchovy paste) for the adobo.
