I recommend this hotel because of it's great service, friendly & helpful staff. I always stay here whenever i go on holidays to the Philippines. Their location is perfect & accessible to all shopping malls & restaurants. The staff is quick to respond to my needs. Gold class service!

We have stayed in this hotel a few times and always found it pleasant. Great location and friendly & helpful staff. We had some special requests ie. preferred room, breakfast menu and they were always granted. Rooms are spacious and clean!

I came across this hotel in 2010 while searching for a place to stay in makati. ever since i have been coming to this hotel everytime i come to the ph. the last time i stayed was before christmas. i love their location which is very convenient for shopping. everything is within reach. malls, cinemas and restos.

Most especially the people in this hotel who were always willing to help and give assistance whenever needed. they are very resourceful and accommodating. from reservation to check in, during my stay until the check out day, i couldn't ask for more.

the rooms are clean. always on time for room cleaning during my stay. every request was immediately attended.

This hotel is rated 3-star with a 5-star service.

Room Tip: if u like to sleep in, ask for a room at the back.

Stayed at this hotel and enjoyed the location. It was across the street from shops, salons, and restaurants. The staff were helpful from the front desk to the kitchen staff to the security who would even help us cross the busy street. Despite the busy street outside, you don't hear a lot of street noise. The hotel is older but it's very well-maintained and the management was very attentive to our needs.

I have never been a difficult customer. Being a businessman myself, I make sure that all of my clients requisites are at the least met if not surpassed. My experience in this hotel was just too awful that I had to write this review so others may reconsider staying here. And by the way, this is the first time I have written a review for a service that I felt I was short changed.

Rooms:

Rented was a supposedly their large room with a view of the city. If you were to stay in the room at night, at daybreak or even during high noon, you’d feel that you are concealed in a dungeon. The room feels gloomy and even if you’d open a window, it would only be inches away from the building beside it. Not to mention that the furniture was also old and dull.

Location:

The hotel is situated in a rundown area of the city where it would be a gamble to walk around at night. It is on a busy main street so it becomes really pestering especially when traffic builds up at night. The situation is made worse by the poor noise insulation of the room and the wall mounted air conditioning units.

Service:

The staff is unnervingly amateurish, difficult, overconfident and wasn't really passionate on attending to their client’s necessities. It is usually the staff who would reach out to you and adapt to your needs as a customer but it does not work that way in this hotel. You as someone who stays here should make do of what they have to the point of it becoming an inconvenience on your part.

Other Services:

When on a business trip, it is essential to have at the least a secured and manageable internet service. Most hotels would even have this as a basic amenity included during your stay. Well, what can say to this? Not only do I have to pay for the internet connection in advance but also I can never get connected at all, highway robbery at its finest and it’s NOT FUN.

Rates:

The rates are fairly low if you would consider how they “self-rate” their hotel as a 3 STAR. But dare you stay here and a 3 Star collapses to nothing. Not your money’s worth if you ask me.

TIP: Pick a different hotel to stay in.

The location of this hotels is outstanding. Near Greenbelt 3. It has all you need. Rooms facing Pasay road may be a bit noisy. Only thing I dislike is that they charge your credit card first for a deposit and days after check out the money is (hopefully) returned to you.

Room Tip: Rooms facing Pasay road may be a bit noisy.

Its an average hotel. Some people will find it adequate, some people will not like it. It really depends on expectations. I find the whole establishment too under lit for me: the lobby, corridors, the rooms. For a place in Makati, I find the rooms big enough. The use of parquet flooring emphasize the lack of lighting. The beds are firm (some people, as shown in some reviews, will think its too stiff, so it will depends on the guest). Bathrooms are adequate, nothing fancy. The restaurant is tiny, and easily fills up. As I was just looking for a place to stay in Makati, this serves the purpose. Its clean, adequate, and convenient.
