This was one of those restos that you hear people talk about. Just to satisfy our curiosity, we went out and had our lunch there. I'm not a fan of tonkatsu but I loved how they prepared it in Yabu. Plus, the ritual of preparing your own sauce was really cool. And the rice, miso soup, cabbage salad, pickled veggies or fruit and dessert (fruits) was unlimited. Can't get any better than that :)
