My son stayed here for a week with his classmates attending a World Scholar’s Cup. He enjoyed the central position to their conference and the comfortable rooms with wide screen TV, fast WiFi and cable. I stayed only the last night on transit to Puerto Galera and again on the way back few days later the night before our flight home. The most I appreciate of this hotel is the vicinity to airport, the free shuttle bus, the fast and courteous check in and check out staff and that there is a shopping mall with many restaurants next door. This is a good value for money hotel. I may recommend a better breakfast selection and service but otherwise all perfect.

Your comments on the service provided by our staff are most gratifying and will be shared with the whole team. This will certainly motivate them to keep up the good work. Your satisfaction is the best reward for our staff who works day after day to offer the best service. As for breakfast, the Hotel is serving the Express Start buffet breakfast consisting of, among other items : 5 hot food, 4 cereals, 6 bakery items, 2 yogurt, 3 fruits, 3 types of milk, variety of tea and coffee plus 3 types of juices. We hope that our guests will find this more than adequate and have a great start without having to look for breakfast in other outlets.

Terrible checkin experience - horrible facilities - don’t bother staying here ever. I wish I never booked it . They had my payment and denied they had it- bar is a fridge with the odd can of beer - horrible place

This hotel is a good choice for a quick stopover enroute to your next destination. Just minutes away from NAIA Terminal 3, its an ideal choice of travellers who wanted not to be caught by Manila's bottleneck traffic. Located at the mega resorts world, a lot of entertainment options to enjoy. From shopping mall to casino, live entertainment and a lot more. The only thing i had during my stay that i got annoyed was the blinking bathroom light, anyway didnt bother me that much as i was out the whole night until i left for an early morning flight out of the country.

I had a brief stopover en route from Cagayan De Oro to Ozamiz, at the hotel before catching a early morning flight. The stopover was only for 4 hours or so. No question of sleeping, just a shower and bide my time. The lady at the front desk was the most helpful that I have ever come across. Apart from being sympathizing to my almost sleepless night, she made sure that my check in was super fast. She also apologized for her inability to provide me a breakfast takeaway as I was to leave at 4 in the morning. Frankly I never expected any. She also told me that she would prepare my receipt in advance, so that I can just pick it up and leave. She also ensured that i was given a room near the lift. So helpful when you are in a hurry to check in or check out, especially on a very brief stay. While there was a short misunderstanding on my part on the departure terminal, she also booked me on the shuttle to terminal 3. She ensured that I get a wake up call, despite my saying it was not needed. When I found out that my departure terminal was 2 instead of 3, she quickly ran out and stopped the shuttle. Unfortunately, the shuttle was for terminal 3 only. Seeing my predicament, she recommended a right color taxi, as being the only way to reach terminal 2. The icing on the cake was, she ensured along with the security guard that the driver's name and car number was noted down and clear instructions were given to him to go by the meter and not coercive fares. Wow! In all this hurriedness, I forgot to note her name, which is careless on my part. However, thank you lady, for having provided me the most wonderful service for the single night stay of 14~15 August'19. Will remember your helpfulness for time to come. On the room and amenities, there was nothing to comment. They were of the expected quality and comfort, regularly seen at Holiday Inns around South East Asia. Well, one commendable point. Was provided a shaving kit at 2.00 am when requested and very promptly at that!. Wonderful!
Room tip: Try to choose a room away from the next door complex. The air handling equipment is quite noisy

The Holiday Inn Newport looks chaotic from the lobby because it is under renovation but the rooms are a different story. The rooms are very modern with switches and usb charger right beside your bed. The water pressure is strong and the rooms are big and well designed.
The only downside is that certain amenities and features you have to go down and get by yourself. A bit of a hassle but totally understandable of being a no frills hotel within the area.

Our hotel is undergoing full renovation to upgrade it to the Holiday Inn Express standards and we are already in the final phase of our total makeover - more than 700 rooms and whole lobby, lifts, facade etc.
The Holiday Inn Express is a hotel that operates on a limited service concept and our guests are mostly Simple Smart Travelers - people who are independent and can do the basic things for themselves. They do not like to be fuss over as they are able to wheel their own luggage, find their way to the room without escort etc.

stayed here only for one night ,The Room was very nice with all amenities and a nice comfortable bed , but disappointed to find no pool. Breakfast was also not the best with poor choice and bad service ,its location is excellent for the airport and they have a free shuttle bus service. Which was very handy .top Marks to the happy friendly bus driver who went out of his way to help you on with your cases despite the terrible traffic jams Manila suffers with
