We availed of 2 bedrooms suite with living room, 1 bathroom and kitchen

Cons
- As what previous reviewers mentioned, there's no one manning the reception area. So you'll have to look for the staff upon arrival for check in.
- It is inside the village, so you'll have to ride a taxi or other private vehicle in order to go to the hotel. If you want to take private transportation, you can walk or take a tricycle roaming around the village so they can take you to the nearest main road where the jeeps are.
- No free towel for extra person (they will only provide extra bed for a price of 200 per night)
- AC are only available in the rooms and none in the living room. There's also no electric fan in the living room.
AC in the room are quite old and not working properly. Even if we max the temperature, the room is not getting cold.
- Food in their bar are quite expensive (they said that the servings are only good for 1 pax).

Pro
- affordable as compared to the usual hotels
- staffs are friendly. Even during the time when we're still booking the room, I've called them up for some clarifications and requests, they are very accommodating. They even let us check in early because we arrived in Davao at 6:30 in the morning.
- They provide utensils, kitchen has stove and basic cooking equipments, so we're able to just buy ingredients in the grocery and cook our daily breakfast.
- Since it's located in a residential village, surroundings are quiet and safe

Stayed in red knight for 10 nights, when we arrived no one at reception, had to go and find some one, then told us there was a problem with our booking, we booked a 3 bedroom ,10 months in advance , they said someone else was in it and they would not be leaving for 2 months , tried to give us a 2 bedroom with no aircon downstairs, with 6 of us a 2 bedroom was not enough ,they gave us 3 single rooms on the ground floor , and dropped 700 pesco off the bill. overall the stay was ok, bar was nice , food and drinks were good, overall the rooms need upgrading , no hot water, i would stay again with family.

Room Tip: make sure you get aroom with aircon downstairs,

Stayed in the 2 bedroom with friends and family. Hotel grounds are very well maintained and staff was very friendly. Pool is a little on the small size but clean none the less. There is a small pub/restaurant next to the pool which is nice to have a drink with friends. Overall the stay was very pleasant and would recommend to family and friends.

My partner, I and our 8 year old stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. It is in a gated community in Lanang so felt safe and secure. We stayed in a 2 br apartment which was nice enough. Budget cost, clean rooms, comfortable to stay in, small but nice pool, helpful staff, reasonable food. Close to airport, and not far from shopping malls. I would stay again if I had the need.

we've been there for a while . we stayed 1 night because of what we saw . There's a small frog in the pool floating and ALIVE! and they have a lot of frogs in the garden even in their hallway. and their employees aren't good in PR. and we saw that their's a guest who wore her tshirt while swimming suddenly, an employee talked to her that she should change her clothes but the guest has no any other clothes without sleeves so the employee didn't allow her to swim . it's just i didn't enjoyed my stay there!

My wife and I stayed here with my daughter. It is a nice place for the price. We stayed here for 3 weeks. We had a 2 bedroom suite. It is nice to be able to prepare your own food when ever you want. They also have room service which was also nice. The owner was very pleasent as well as the staff. It is a nice place but it does need some attention. It is a dated hotel. It needs to be up dated as well as some repairs. The only real problem was all the ants. They are every where. Over all I would stay here again. The price was good and the service was also good. It is near to the malls and several other places to visit.
